Hi, I'm Amy Everhart, founder of Wildflower Support Services.

For more than 25 years, my greatest teachers have been my twin sons, Dylan and Cole. As their mom, I've experienced the joys, challenges, victories, and frustrations that come with navigating disability services, advocating for meaningful supports, and building lives filled with opportunity and purpose.

Because I've walked this path myself, I understand that every family deserves someone who not only understands the system but understands what it feels like to be on the other side of it.

Professionally, I bring more than two decades of leadership experience in business operations, project management, event planning, and strategic coordination. Today, I combine those organizational skills with my personal experience to help individuals and families confidently navigate California's Self-Determination Program (SDP), Regional Center services, and person-centered planning.

My goal isn't simply to complete paperwork or coordinate services. It's to build lasting partnerships with families, helping individuals live the life they choose while empowering parents and caregivers with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions.

I founded Wildflower Support Services because I believe every individual has unique gifts waiting to bloom. With the right support, guidance, and advocacy, families can move beyond simply managing services and begin creating meaningful, fulfilling lives.
